Project timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are finalized in signed proposals or statements of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate content, approvals, and access required for delivery. Delays in input may affect timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership transfer and licensing are defined in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain property of respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fujtech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability limits are governed by the signed contract.
